Program 2 (Recommended):
MLS Listing - The Property is listed and sells
through the Multiple Listing Service.
Another agent finds the Buyer.
The commission is shared with another agent or broker.

  • Schedule all showings, inspections and appraisals.
  • Coordinate all leads and following up with every potential buyer.
  • Immediately respond to inquiries from Sellers or Buyers.
  • Encourage serious Buyers to make an offer.
  • Present and review all offers with you.
  • Negotiate offers and prepare counteroffers on your behalf.
  • Open escrow and coordinate all title and escrow requirements.
  • Inform you about closing procedures and arrange delivery of your check at close of escrow.
  • Maintain an open line of communication with you throughout the entire transaction.

Step 1: Contact us to set up a listing appointment. A $300 non-refundable fee is required up front to list the
                 property. This fee will be credited back to the Seller at close of escrow on the sale of your home.

Step 2: The property is entered into the MLS (Program 2 only) and a For Sale sign is posted on the property.

Step 3: The agent will show your property, receive offers and present them to you.

Step 4: Escrow is closed on your property and you move to your new home.
